Job title:
FCM Tokenization Support consultant
Purpose:
This person will manage the support level 1 related to tokenization as well as admin responsibilities related for the dedicated FCM bookings. They will fall in line with any financial processes and procedures needed to assist the traveler in tokenizing their card.
Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs)
Support in Tokenization
· Assistance to traveler in the tokenization of their card
· Capacity to explain the tokenization process, and 3Dsecure to travelers, as well as PCI compliance
· Regenerate tokenization link form Antares when needed
· Assist with proactive campaigns to tokenize the cards
· Tokens declines – trouble shooting possible reasons for the fails and working with the declines team to resolve
· Collaborate with Support level 2 to resolve issues and provide response to clients
· Collaborate with agents and invoicing team to help them resolve cases of tokenization and invoice rapidly their open orders.
· Assist in updating the status of the tokenization in Agent Port, whenever it will be needed

Travel Qualification
Experience:
RSA citizen
2 years of customer support experience
Understanding of invoicing flows
Amadeus – advantageous
High attention to detail
Experience in troubleshooting
