Sabre Specialist
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be well organized and detail oriented.
Extensive knowledge of Sabre required
Knowledge of Operational processes preferred but not required
Knowledge of consultant workflow – PNR to reporting preferred but not required
Ability to work independently to create documents, processes, etc.
Training background a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Business Support
Maintain training library for process changes
Customer Care Team assistance
Script and automation documentation and training
Monitor training mailbox and answer queries
Sabre Training
Responsible for training at both Novice and Experienced level
Ongoing training for existing agents to upskill as required
Development and documentation of novice training program, to include existing processes, in a multi-course program around Sabre.
Periodically review and update training programs to update for new processes as required
Red Apps- sourcing efficiency opportunities, ordering and maintenance
RAP customer support
Ongoing monitoring of new Sabre releases, to include documentation of new formats, shortcuts, etc.
Distribution of information about Sabre updates to users to maximize efficiency
Training for new Red Apps as required
Upskilling new agents on advanced Sabre formats
Host monthly “coffee break” training sessions for all agents
One on one sessions for agents as required
