Job Description
FCM Platform/Booking Product Owner, Americas
Responsible for the delivery, launch and deployment of the FCM Platform/Booking tool across the Americas. This role will work with global and regional product and development teams to assist in managing priorities, senior stakeholders to define the customer needs, marketing to outline the customer proposition and local business to launch and deploy the products and features. This encompasses all Americas markets where the product is utilized. Ultimately this person is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the product in those markets
Responsibilities
With key stakeholders, successfully define product features and customer value propositions
Work with local markets to understand specific requirements, especially in terms of content
Work with development team to manage priorities and resource
Speak to local sales, AMs and customers to guide and develop product
Create and manage User Stories and Business Requirements as they relate to the product
Work with marketing to manage local launch and incremental product and feature releases
With local market organise necessary training, communication and change management
Engage with local sales and AM to ensure clear and engaging sales message and customer/product story
Create a clear and engaging story around the product and communicate to business stakeholders
Manage and clearly communicate progress, risks and delivery to senior stakeholders
Work with necessary resources to ensure clear and up to date documentation is available.
