Requirements:
Well organized and detail focused
Working knowledge of Sabre GDS required
Knowledge of Operations processes preferred
Ability to work independently to create documents, processes, etc.
Training or project management background a plus
Ability to analyze data
Can work autonomously, troubleshooting problems on your own
Previous experience in Travel industry is an advantage
Business Support
Library creation and maintenance
Customer Care Team assistance
Canada & Mexico alignment
Script and automation mapping and documentation
Conference organization and planning
SLA Email and Phone reporting and setup for new customers
Assist with deployment of new processes
Support for implementation of new platforms
Assist with maintenance of Minerva requests
Support setting up report subscriptions
Airline agent registration approval for new and existing agents
Manage third party registration/maintenance for new and existing agents
Onboarding Support
Assist with testing new hire/rehire emails
Support with tracking equipment and logon credentials
Ensuring Agent Master list and related workbooks are up to date
Sabre
New PCCs- ordering, TJR creation, ticketing activation & printer set up
Red Apps- sourcing efficiency opportunities, ordering and training
Global Security
RAP support
Ongoing agent upskilling in Sabre
