Job title:
FCM Junior Travel Manager
Purpose:
To provide business travel management to our clients through multi-level relationships and our industry expertise.
Primary duties and responsibilities (KRAs)
To service, retain and grow the portfolio; ensuring optimum levels of service are maintained at all times.
Drive a customer service mentality by delivering on the brand CVP’s
You will be responsible from quoting, booking, finance, queries, and complaint handling
Ensure enquiries are actioned as per agreed SLA.
Ensure that clients receive quotes, invoices and documentation within the minimum expected time period.
Ensure that all client statements, invoices and queries are sent out as per minimum expectations.
Adhere to One Best Way finance process and procedures
Efficiently balance the need to meet deadlines and work speedily under time pressures while maintaining high standards of service
Service orientated, drive brand initiatives for greater customer engagement and retention
Hierarchy:
Team Leader, Area Leader, GM of FCM Travel Solutions
Key communication and relationships:
Internal: FCM Team members, KAM’s, IM’s, Support teams
External: Customers and Suppliers
Job Requirements
Education and qualification:
Minimum requirements
Added advantage
Matric
Relevant Tertiary qualification, e.g. Travel qualification
Experience:
Minimum 3 years working in the travel industry with Corporate booking experience
Junior consultant
Amadeus – Preferable
Domestic, Regional and International land and air booking experience
