About the Opportunity
The Flight Centre Holidays Travel Sales Consultant is required to be an expert in product and sales to our top selling destinations, as part of the newly formed Specialisation Sales Hub.
You will manage the booking and associated needs of customers travelling on our bundled packages to our top selling destinations. You will be expected to convert warm leads and those generated from inbound calls, online enquiries and previous customers on a daily basis. This includes inbound call handling, outbound calls to customers who have made enquiry online and email responses to customer queries.
What you will be doing:
Sell and book travel packages for customers and in doing so meet daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
Manage inbound calls, make outbound calls and follow-ups, and teams email in relation to sales
Deliver timely and accurate details to ensure information flow and payment of the clients’ holiday
Maintain customer and marketing information
What you will need:
Minimum 12 months consulting experience
Minimum TAC as per Brand / Region minimum requirements
Sound knowledge of all retail FCTG systems
Cert III in Travel
Cert IV in Travel & Tourism an added advantage
