About your opportunity…
Flight Centre Travel Group is looking for an experienced Engineering Team Lead to join our Corporate Technology division. In this role, you will lead a cross functional group of developers and software engineers on a day-to-day basis. You will work alongside product managers to guide the products both strategically and technically, forming a very close relationship based around trust, perspective, and experience.
You must be able to make decisions quickly, respond to emerging challenges, juggle multiple priorities & requests, and keep the team (and their commitments) moving on a day-to-day basis. Through the application of the Flight Centre Business Systems, you will operate with a people mindset and be excited by the growth and development of your team.
