We are currently looking for a Digital Performance Specialist to join our vibrant Marketing Team. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, this role will see you analysing and reviewing the performance of all digital activity within Ignite Travel Group’s suite of brands.
 
Daily responsibilities for our Digital Performance Specialist include:
· Assisting with the execution of the digital marketing plan in line with overall marketing plans, strategic business plans and company objectives
· Working alongside the Digital Marketing Coordinators to execute paid digital strategy and perform weekly optimisations, including identifying keyword expansion opportunities
· Assisting with the development and execution of an effective remarketing strategy across various channels
· Identifying valuable customer segments and developing behaviour insights to ensure effective planning around campaigns, measurement and reporting
· Tracking and analysing campaigns to translate anecdotal and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for optimising future campaigns and activity
· Providing regular reporting and insights on digital activity to enable key business stakeholders to make data-driven decisions that uplift customer experience and conversions
· Maximising conversions for our suite of websites, including the development of relevant landing pages to optimise campaign effectiveness and drive qualified enquiries and sales
· Assisting with project deliverables as required, including web upgrades, migration work, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, troubleshooting and ensuring timely delivery of projects
 
As such, you’ll have at least four years of hands-on digital marketing experience, a superior understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, familiarity with analytics and reporting tools, and experience in executing campaigns from start to finish. Our ideal candidate is a digital guru with a solid understanding of digital environments, performance marketing and marketing applications across social, display, experiential and search, and an active interest in the latest digital technologies, product developments and applications.
