As a Customer Success Specialist for Flight Centre, you will be managing the implementation and success of the platform in local markets – driving adoption and outcomes leading to increased travel consultant productivity, improved lead conversion rates, and user advocacy.

What you’ll do:
Be a product expert and helping to identify and resolve support issues as they arise
Deliver and communicate value throughout the customer lifecycle
Communicate thoughtful, customized solutions that help customers move forward and grow their business
Diagnose and troubleshoot product issues and engage with our development team using established processes
Provide exceptional customer support and have a sense of urgency to resolve and investigate issues
Take initiative and an analytical approach to drive change, improve processes and product
Get involved in the product communication process by delivering webinars to users on a regular basis to drive engagement and adoption
Actively take part in product testing / QA process
Managing key product integrations
You’ll earn brownie points:
If you’ve had experience with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical users
With impressive executive presence and communication abilities
Possessing a bias for action and a passion for technology
If you’ve had experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing, Engineering
With the ability to excel and stay organized in a fast-paced and distributed team
Leading with composure, resilience, collaboration and flexibility
