With the market recovering and the need of insights to inform key business decisions, a new role has been created to support FCTG in deeply understanding the macroenvironment, the business travel management market, and our targeted customers.
About the Opportunity
As a Customer Research Specialist, you will manage various strategic qualitative and/or quantitative research. You are expected to engage our key stakeholders to understand their needs, turn their needs into clear research briefs, and choose the right research and sampling methodologies, and conduct the research either in house or through agencies.
Who are we looking for
You’d be a strong candidate if you have worked in a similar role and can demonstrate your expertise in qualitative and quantitative research, reporting and presentation skills. It’d be a bonus if you have qualifications in market research or related disciplines.
What you will be doing:
Provide support to stakeholders on smaller scale research when capacity allows
Support the rest of the team as well as the broader business to make best use of the insights you generate
Conduct strategic market research such as customer needs-based segmentation, customer person profiling, brand tracking, brand equity research, environmental scan, competitor analysis, etc
Own our Competitive Intelligence (CI) tech, support curators from different disciplines to curate and distribute relevant CI, and curate CI for our executive leadership team
