Job Description
To sustain and accelerate the growth of the sales team, you will help drive a continuous state of excellence ensuring sales staff are equipped with the necessary collateral, systems, and processes to perform. Responsibilities include upskilling both new and existing sales staff, supporting with bid management and content creation, and involvement with a variety of Sales Enablement platforms.
Along with the Head of Sales Enablement, you will help design and deliver enablement plans that consider the overall CT Sales business plan and strategy, as well as the definition of sales success. As part of the Enablement team, you will contribute to the overall success of Corporate Traveller, by helping to deliver the goal of growing New Business Turnover.
Accountabilities:
Drive CT Sales Results – Increase NBTO growth by ensuring the Corporate Traveller sales team have access to best-in-class tools, resources, collateral, and intelligence.
Support CT & FCTG – Liaise and support various departments within Corporate Traveller to ensure Enablement visibility and business consistency.
Qualifications/Experience:
Degree – preferred
Experience of using Sales Enablement Tools – Essential
Sales Experience 2 years + – Essential
Sales Training Experience – Essential
Bid/tender writing experience – Bid Tender Writer – Essential
Location: London/Flexible
Start Date: 13 June 2022
Salary: OTE £55,000
Hours: Full time (37.5 – Monday-Friday with WFH flexibility as per company policy)
