Cruise Specialist Team – Team Leader – Canada

About the opportunity:
The Cruise Team Leader role is responsible for growing travel sales (TTV) and customer numbers within a defined network of expert cruise consultants. The Cruise team leader will have responsibility for a diverse group of cruise consultants that will be all remote employees and spread across the country.
The Cruise Team Leader is a full-time remote position, or hybrid from our McCaul St (Toronto) or Howe Street (Vancouver). It is the responsibility of the Cruise Team Leader to appropriately staff the team for enquiries via phone, web and video customer consultations as well as managing the remote staff to ensure that all cruise inquiries are serviced efficiently. The Cruise Team Leader will also be responsible to grow our preferred cruise partnerships by running consumer events, performing cruise trainings, and being a liaison between reps, clients and the team.

Leads by example across all facets of the business
Experience & Qualifications:
Must have been in a previous leadership role for a minimum of 2 years
Must have strong cruise sales and a repeat cruise client database (preferred)
Completed cruise trainings for our preferred cruise partners (preferred)
Have a strong understanding of the HQ cruise group rates program (preferred)
