Job Title: Corporate Traveler, Senior Director of Enablement  
About this opportunity: 
Our ideal candidate is someone who has a proven track record of success in the Enablement space. We are ultimately looking for someone who is a self-starter, problem solver, and is always keeping in mind scalability with the ability to prioritize and quickly execute key programs. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Director of Enablement to create a continuous state of excellence within our Sales and Customer Success Teams at a publicly traded global travel company. This individual will play a key role in scaling our reps on the front lines, through developing and managing an onboarding process as well as establishing an ongoing enablement cadence for continuous learning and skill development. Working with the executive and cross-functional teams, you will design and deliver enablement plans that include defining operational structure and success measurements, creating comprehensive training and development programs and establishing content and communications for the stages of the new business acquisition cycle and customer lifecycle journey framework. You will play a pivotal role in our GTM strategy, administering our tech stack, measuring the impact of enablement campaigns, and having a seat at the leadership table as the head of the Enablement Pillar.
Job Duties:
Define the enablement strategy across Sales and CS functions to develop impactful solutions aligned with company objectives & key results
Develop a team of high-performing enablement professionals – inclusive of hiring new roles, managing the team, mentoring team, and inspiring them to do their best work
Be an expert on our platform, our service level, our ideal custom profile, and our competitive landscape, as well as be able to identify, prioritize and execute on both tactical and strategic projects.
Use analytics to identify opportunities and measure the impact of your enablement initiatives through KPIs.
Build relationships across the business and partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, Customer Success Leadership, and Marketing Leadership to understand strategic business goals and core competencies for each role, ensuring that appropriate learning solutions are designed and implemented
Actively participate as a member of SWOT leadership team and identify gaps or opportunities in order to define the most appropriate solutions at the individual, team and department levels
Communicate enablement strategy, OKRs, and KPIs to stakeholders
Proactively identify gaps and opportunities within content, processes, and programs to ensure successful scaling across the organization.
Design, develop and deploy learning programs in the areas of new hire onboarding, product, tools and content.
Develop a strategy to drive tech stack adoption in partnership with the Sales Ops and CS Leadership teams
What You’ll Need:
Experience leading an enablement function
Experience partnering with business leaders within complex, global companies to develop business objectives, solve problems, and implement effective strategies
Experience deploying sales methodologies
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Ability to conduct gap analyses around skills and behaviors
Experience working with systems such as: Salesforce, Outreach, Highspot, Gong, Prezi, Brainshark, Articulate, Vidyard, ZoomInfo Discover Org, Icertis, Quip, etc.
Strong presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree
Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing experience a big plus within a global, B2B SaaS organization
