About the role
This newly created role exists to support our Head of Customer Experience in delivering travel product offerings to our corporate clients from our B2B brands (FCM Travel Solutions, Corporate Traveller and Stage & Screen). Main accountabilities include;
· Assist in delivering tactical alluring marketing campaigns and product deals
· Product pricing & competitor analysis
· Liaising with our Marketing team to accomplish business initiatives
· Working with suppliers to develop efficient internal booking processes
· Devise and execute effective communication of product offerings to internal booking consultants
· Working in conjunction with our Corporate Trainer to develop winning internal training material for booking consultants
· Adhoc reporting as well as reporting to Suppliers campaign results
What we’re looking for
1-2 years previous corporate travel management experience
You’ll enjoy a close-knit team environment and have interpersonal skills to build solid relationships with our suppliers
You’ll know a thing or two about Excel.
You’ll have a sharp eye for detail AND the ability to multi task to reach deadlines
