A great opportunity has arisen to join the European Corporate Land team at Flight Centre Travel Group.
With travel surpassing pre-pandemic levels, we’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and assist in driving the commercial performance of the business.
The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Land Europe, this person will play a critical role interacting between our Supply partners, our Corporate Traveller & FCM Operations business and other support divisions such as finance and billback teams. This person will be focussed on supporting our customers, consultants and commercial goals, by ensuring all operational, BAU and structural issues are resolved, assisting with setup and ongoing support of 3rd party product, whilst continually looking for opportunities to improve productivity and sales, benefiting both our business and our Supply partners.
Working as part of the Corporate Land team, this person will be expected to work with leadership across Supply, CT & FCM, key stakeholders from internal departments, and with contacts within our partners business to improve operational processes with all non-air product.
Accountabilities:
Work with brand OBW teams, Supply Support, Finance, and Supply partners on minimising BAU issues
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on implementing required ancillary content
Liaise with billback team to ascertain challenges and work with Conferma and hotels directly to minimise payment challenges
Create collateral to improve knowledge and understanding of booking processes
Improve and assist financial processes between us and our partners
Grow sales of land content
Work with brand OBW teams to identify improvements
Work with Supply partners to develop and improve processes
Qualifications:
Experience in travel industry (preferably GDS & online booking tools) – Essential
A comprehensive knowledge of Global travel IT systems and processes – Preferred
Experience in a client and supplier relations – Preferred
