Corporate Customer Experience Leader in Digital
 
As the world starts to open again and our corporate business grows, new roles are being created within our business. This exciting new role as our ​Digital Customer Experience Leader will be key in shaping how we manage the digital interactions between our platforms and customers. As a Leader in our corporate digital division, you will be responsible for expanding the knowledge base of your team, encouraging their passion for a constantly evolving positive customer experience; creating an environment which exposes them to the multitude of opportunities the ​organization offers through its Brightness of the Future development programme. 
 
Working closely with our Head of Customer Experience the successful applicant will have strong business nous, an understanding of technology solutions and brand value propositions and can communicate with clarity to key stakeholders while always upholding the Flight Centre Travel Group philosophies.
 
Key Responsibilities in this role:
Liaise clearly and collaboratively with sales to ensure the seamless management of new customer onboarding
Establish effective networks to enable performance benchmarking, monitor industry trends and collaborate on common responses to emerging and future issues
Prepare briefs and support the Head of Customer Experience in communications and response to the business
Implementation of products and solutions which drives client satisfaction, revenue growth and client retention
Ensure customer facing teams have the right information so they can effectively present brand product and solution benefits in meetings with customers
Support the business in change management with all new and and/or technology changes, to ensure customer benefits are full realised and any customer impacts are fully mitigated
What we are looking for:
This is a fundamental position to the overall success of our fast paced, high level and changing corporate business leading our digital offerings. If you are dedicated to ensuring FCTG ongoing positioning as one of New Zealand’s leading TMC this role is for you. Along with your extensive business and commercial​ acumen you will be a proven leader with a desire to coach and mentor your team to success.
Strong communication skills with ability to articulate technical and business relevant information to key stakeholders internally and externally, while ensuring all implementation procedures are followed.
Min 5 years’ experience working in corporate travel management within either Operations, Account Management or Systems
Lead by example and the ability to implement a strategic development program for team members in order to encourage ongoing personal and professional growth.
Exceptional interpersonal skills 
Sound knowledge and understanding of Flight Centre Travel Groups corporate business model and functions, can translate business plan to action.
Ensure current & sound knowledge of all company, industry issues and client issues and Understand cause & effect of these issues/​opportunities
