Job Description

A great opportunity has arisen to break into travel and join the European Corporate Land team at Flight Centre Travel Group. With travel surpassing pre-pandemic levels, we’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and assist in driving the commercial performance of the business.
This role gives opportunities to work with stakeholders at hotels, hotel chains and with our commission collections partner Onyx, all whilst developing relationships with the Flight Centre Travel Group team. Reporting to the head of corporate land, you will have ownership and the ability to drive positive change across the European corporate business by recovering outstanding hotel commissions.
The role requires attention to detail, the ability to build relationships and drive outcomes, with key focus being on recovering hotel commissions from the past 3 years.
Accountabilities:
 
Work with Onyx, TACS and Flight Centre Commissions Analyst to identify outstanding commission
Contact hotels to support Onyx activity to collect outstanding commission
Work with chains and hotels on bookings which have not been responded to, and collect agreed commissions
Continually strengthen and improve relationships with Supply partners
Strong advocate of Flight Centre Corporate and show opportunities for our partners
Qualifications & Skills:
Degree Educated, preferred but not essential
Experience in travel or related industry
Business process improvement
Strategic decision making
