About the Opportunity 
Moneywise Financial Advice is an accredited AFSL Licensee offering with an established and growing client base across the FCTG staff base and beyond. The purpose of the Client Services Officer role is to support the Financial Advice team with administration, customer qualification, compliant file completion and implementation. You will work closely with a senior financial adviser and have customer, supplier, team and broader FCTG contact.  
In this role you will: 
Prepare client advice documents on behalf of Financial Advisers and implement that advice with suppliers in accordance with client instructions.  
Have daily client, internal and supplier contact by phone and email, maintaining excellent service and relationship levels.  
Maintain accurate client profiles and reporting data in Xplan, our advice compliance and CRM platform.  
Support Financial Advisers with data entry and interpretation of client strategies. This will involve learning and using the Xplan functions of Xtools+ modelling, WealthSolver and Risk Researcher.  
Complete file compliance checklists to ensure that our client files meet the strict regulatory and licensee requirements.  
On-train and manage outsource administration function personnel.  
Build knowledge of relevant products, systems and processes with the aim of working to improve the overall client experience.   
Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders across FCTG, external clients, investment, superannuation and personal insurance providers.
You will do well in this role if you have: 
2 years plus in a similar financial advice services role 
High level competence in the Xplan financial planning suite and Microsoft tools 
Solid grounding in financial planning industry compliance requirements 
An engaging customer service and team collaboration mindset 
Attention to detail, excellent time management and a real pride in delivery 
Great verbal and written communication skills 
Initiative and high motivation enabling an independent and remote working environment 
You have a passion for customer and business outcomes

Salary on offer- $70k Base Plus Super + potential to earn 10% upside  
A flexible work environment, working from home and FCTG head office for 2 days per week minimum for team, customer and stakeholder engagement. Some travel will also be required. This role can be based in Brisbane or Sydney
