About the Opportunity
Flight Centre are currently seeking an experienced Change and Communications Specialist to work with a senior team of resources currently implementing a program of work that includes system, process and organisational change.
This job would ideally suit someone looking to grow their change management skills within a dynamic and diverse organisation, and who is self-motivated and driven to make a difference, and see their work through to fruition. 
                     
About the Role
The Change and Communications Analyst will work with the Project Team to deliver the change strategy, change plan and change activities for the project.  Our decommissioning project is aligned to the overarching Flight Centre Travel Group strategy, and involves change at people, process and technology levels.
The primary focus of the role is to provide strategic and operational Organisational Change Management support, including the following:
Change management advice to support successful outcomes for the project
Engage with and facilitate project working groups, and work closely with other key projects in the Flight Centre organisation
Complete change readiness assessments and design change actions and plans to support the change needs
Design and deliver change communication, readiness activities, and change implementation tasks
Design and help coordinate the project training requirements and learning documentation needs
Support the change needs for all phases of the project, from planning to delivery and implementation
Success for this role relies on the individual’s ability to deliver in a fast paced and at times ambiguous environment, be a good cultural fit and an ability to drive the change needs in collaboration with the project team and global business groups. 
 
What you will be doing:
Support the Change Management Strategy and Change Management Plan for the project
Creating and implement professional change artefacts based on ADKAR change frameworks, and an agile project approach
Support a team of global learning and development personnel and working group SMEs to implement the required changes
Support training and learning personnel with training delivery and design
Work with stakeholders to align change activities to the project schedules
Facilitate workshops with relevant stakeholders to assist with Change Readiness, engagement and awareness and learning support
Identify and provide analysis on change activities and key project activities, highlight relevant issues and support the development of solutions
Develop and maintain key internal and external relationships, including liaising with the steering committee and country-based stakeholder groups, working groups and impacted personnel.  Uphold collaboration and information needs for all stakeholders
Make and communicate change decisions that balance the needs of the project, best practice change management, and people-based support and competence
 
What you will need:
Mandatory:
Demonstrated ability and experience implementing organisational change across strategic and operational levels, including at least three years working in Change Management roles
Demonstrated ability to analyse complex situations, provide strategic advice and offer change solutions and support to business managers and project managers
Demonstrated ability in stakeholder analysis and change impact analysis to inform change, communications and program strategies and plans
Demonstrated experience in the creation and distribution of professional change and communications artefacts including email, user guides, FAQs, instructional videos, etc
Proven experience introducing change successfully in respect of the adoption of changed job functions, business processes and technology
Ability to communicate with influence, negotiate outcomes and manage complex stakeholder relationships
Demonstrated resilience including the ability to operate in a high-paced, ambiguous environment
Strong relationship management and communication skills across a geographically dispersed network
Actively support strong collaboration across the organisation, in multiple countries
Relevant qualifications and/or industry certification and/or relevant experience
Exposure to, and experience in applying ADKAR methodology
