As the Change Analyst at FCTG, you’ll assist in deploying systems, processes, and people and culture change within FCTG. This role will see you work alongside a Change Manager within a dynamic project team, assisting in the delivery of change and providing change analysis for key project deliverables.

Day to day:
 
Support the delivery of change management activities and deliverables aligned to the FCTG Change Framework
Work with key stakeholders to facilitate the analysis and review of impacts and business readiness, assisting with the development of change initiatives and associated communications
Support the development of change management documentation and deliverables, including developing communications (written and digital) and training content (artifacts and media)
Assist the Change Manager in tracking the successful implementation of change management activities, providing input into stakeholder reporting, identifying risks and issues, and developing appropriate mitigations
Develop and maintain effective working relationships to support the development and implementation of change activities
Demonstrate a personal commitment to health and safety and support a diverse and inclusive workplace
Compliance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and practices
 
The ideal candidate will have:
 
Minimum 2 years working within a change, consulting, process improvement or project management experience within a large, multidisciplinary organisation (required)
Understanding of change methodologies (required)
Facilitating workshops and / or training sessions (required)
Creating and delivering written and digital communications (desirable)
Working within a travel organisation (desirable) 
 
Qualifications:
 
Tertiary qualifications in Change Management (Prosci, APMG, etc. certifications), related disciplines (Process Improvement, Human Resources, Communications, Business, etc.), or equivalent experience is required
 
Working as part of a global business may require some activity outside BNE business hours. Flight Centre Travel Group operates a flexible working environment which includes the ability to support flexible hours.
