Flight Centre Travel Group (FCTG) is seeking a Change Analyst to drive the deployment of System, process, people and culture change within FCTG’s Global Leisure network. This is an opportunity to work within a dynamic project team in a complex environment providing analysis of key project deliverables.
 
If you can demonstrate extensive experience in Change Analysis in different parts of a business, we’d love to hear from you.  FCTG, over the last 24 months has initiated a Transformative change program to the consultant and customer booking technology systems and consequently processes.

Day to day..
 
Plan and lead the facilitation of change impact discussions with stakeholders to identify and quantify impacts, risks and issues.
Provide input and insights into change planning to ensure change management approaches align with best practice.
Document change impact assessment outcomes, to determine the scale of change and associated business readiness activities required for successful change.
Represent the findings of change impact analysis in planning discussions with the
Enterprise/Program/ Change Management team to shape program deliverables.
Support the development of training plans, implementation plans and deployment of both.
Coordinate and track the monitoring of actions arising from change impact assessment.
Provide input, document requirements, test and support the delivery of training programs to deliver change solutions that measurably impact the change.
Place the customer at the centre of all decision making.
Work with the Change Lead to develop and review meaningful performance management and development plans
 
We’d love to hear from you if you have:
 
At least 5 years’ experience within an enterprise environment working within the Change environment
Worked in an Agile environment including SCRUM, KANBAN and Story mapping
A relevant university degree and/or industry qualification
The ability to build, maintain and grow strong relationships across multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of Travel and IT industry, desirable
Outstanding negotiation skills
