About your opportunity…
 
 
Travel Associates is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to join our high-performance marketing team, responsible for the development, execution, and reporting of the brand’s national, co-operative marketing campaigns.
In this role, you will report to the national Marketing Manager and will work collaboratively with the wider Marketing and Product team to pitch, secure funding and deliver co-operative marketing campaigns throughout the year, including managing the relationship between the brand and its valued suppliers, in accordance with the brand and campaign strategy of the business.
Our ideal candidate has experience in the travel industry, with relevant marketing qualifications and a curious and creative mind. Ideally, you will be a strong writer, with a keen eye for accuracy and detail and a love for a fast-paced environment.
 
 
Key Responsibilities…
 
 
Working with the product team to identify the appropriate suppliers for each themed campaign and developing tailored co-op solutions for each relevant suppliers
Ensuring contracts are signed and executed with all co-op partners prior to campaigns proceeding
Working with the broader product and marketing team to develop measurable KPIs for each co-op campaign
Briefing all creative assets for upcoming campaigns, internal and external
Liaising with suppliers to ensure both TA and Supplier needs are met with each campaign deliverable and securing the appropriate approvals to proceed
Working with product teams to ensure the right campaign product and information is provided in a timely manner
Ensuring co-op campaign materials reflect the Travel Associates brand guidelines and fit within our overall brand strategy, laddering up to the TA brand campaign itself
Working with media agencies and other suppliers to ensure all advertising materials are provided correctly in a timely manner
Creation of and adherence to project timelines to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and on time
Develop Post Campaign Reporting and insights for the wider team and co-op partners to ensure deliverables and KPIs are met and reported on
Represent the Travel Associates brand by ensuring all advertising materials are representative of our tone of voice, brand codes and overall brand and legal guidelines
 
 
Required Experience & Attributes…
 
 
Sound understanding and knowledge of retail travel, wholesale travel & airline industries
Strong time management skills
Exemplary attention to detail
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to present the brand and opportunity in front of suppliers
Outstanding client service skills (demonstrated to both internal and external customers)
Ability to communicate professionally & effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, on all levels
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines at any one time
Computer skills: proficiency in Microsoft suites
Experience in travel copywriting for print advertisements and/or radio
Marketing or similar qualification(s)
 
 
Desirable Experience & Attributes…
 
 
Minimum 3 years in a marketing or similar role
Retail and/or wholesale travel sales experience
Passion for travelling
Premium brand experience
 
 
Technical Skills…
 
 
Marketing experience, degree or currently studying is strongly preferred but not essential
Working knowledge & understanding of social media & digital marketing channels are an asset
Knowledge of FCTG or similar travel business, travel industry, or Flight Centre store systems is an asset
