We have an opportunity for a B2B Marketing Campaign Manager to play a vital role in increasing the awareness and interest in Corporate Traveller TMC solution, with a specific focus on generating quality hot leads for the Sales team. Aligned to the Sales team, it will be your responsibility to drive demand, by nurturing prospects in our marketing funnels to meet revenue goals. 
 
Supporting the campaign strategy behind the success of our go-to-market programs, this role will take ownership and deliver ‘always on’ and ‘tactical’ demand generation marketing campaigns, across paid, owned, and earned channels, that are in line with both the marketing strategy and the operational plans of the business.
 
About Your Opportunity…
You will be the “go-to” marketing leader for CT Marketing for the Sales aligned teams, working together to execute successful demand generation initiatives across all of our value propositions.
You will be accountable for the success of the campaign programs in terms of new logo acquisition, customer insight efforts to understand our positioning and perception within the target market place, and efficient use of the marketing budget allocated to this segment by achieving ROI KPIs. 
Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns encompassing webinars, email nurture, blog posts, organic and paid social, paid search and display, retargeting and managing media placement, corporate hospitality, event marketing and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Work closely with State Sales Team and National BDR/BDM Team to execute successful demand generation initiatives across all of our value propositions by providing sales marketing materials, sales collateral, reports etc.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, including but not limited to Business, Digital, Content teams, Brand Marketing Managers and external agencies
Analyse, leverage and act on data-driven insights to help guide the overall marketing strategy, identify new TTV generation sources
Lead the work undertaken by Corporate Marketing Shared Services to develop compelling campaigns that nurture contacts through to Hot Leads
Partner with key members of the Marketing, Sales, Customer and Product teams to create the necessary messaging and tools.
Manage, develop and optimize personas and staged-based nurture programs.
Maintains an intimate understanding of positioning, key value propositions and messaging for solutions relevant to the assigned focus area.
Meeting with aligned teams in the business regularly and delivering consistent and frequent information regarding campaigns, required follow-up and performance
Manage the budget required to meet demand generation goals
Routinely report on key performance indicators and other performance insights, making the necessary changes in order to maximise and return favourable results.
Own budget management and accountability, ensuring timely and efficient use of resources and ROI.
Support general corporate marketing projects related to SME Pillar on behalf of Marketing
Devise and deliver local go-to-market strategies for Global campaigns and initiatives
We’d love to hear from you if you have…
4+ years in B2B marketing
Attention to detail
Excellent MS Office skills
Experience with Eloqua and Salesforce
Thorough knowledge of, and experience across a wide variety of marketing tactics (including ATL, BTL, digital, social media).
Good communication and creative skills
Excellent communication, collaboration and relationship development skills
Excellent project management skills
Highly autonomous and able to independently ideate and drive projects to completion with support from other teams across the business
The ability to create engaging content, adjusted for the audience and the stage in the buyer journey is a must.
Experience and a strong understanding of retention and cross-sell marketing for B2B
