This is an excellent opportunity for experienced consultants who are looking to move away from direct sales and into a more customer-service oriented role.

Coordinating customer booking requirements
Managing post-sale upgrades
Assisting with insurance quotes
Amending existing bookings and customer travel documentation
Other general customer service duties
