About your opportunity…
Stage and Screen is a market leader providing specialised travel management support for the sports, entertainment and the creative sectors. Stage and Screen manage the diverse and complex travel programs and schedules for some of the biggest names in the industry including VIP entertainers and sports teams.
As the role of the Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be joining a high performing team with a continuous improvement focus, who work together to meet the needs of our customers and ensuring that our reconciliations are correct. 
 
What you’ll be doing…
Processing supplier refunds
Processing supplier payments
Reconciling Stage & Screen bank accounts
Monitoring debtor balances
Sourcing remittance copies
Debt recovery
Receipting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Excel
Responding to queries – both email and phone
Problem solving
Working with an off-shore team
Who you are…
Strong attention to detail
An enjoyment for working with numbers
A high level of ownership and proven teamwork skills
The ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to develop relationships at all levels
Solutions focused with a positive attitude
CA/CPA qualification or studying towards.
