Job Description
Account Support responsibilities are:
Help Account Managers (AM) to manage the profiles from the customers
Help AM to setup the HR feeds and do the regular update
Help to load supplier deals to FCM’s booking platform
Assist to New FCM Platform client migration
Assist AM to prepare the client facing collateral
Assist AM to track service level and provide necessary updates to the customer
Account Support requirements are:
Passionate about account management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products especially Excel
Having business acumen
Having basic negotiation and presentation skills
Business communication skills (verbal and written)
Good time-management skills
Account Support can learn:
The Account Management knowledge and skill in B2B world
Regional exposure and work with colleagues from all Asia countries
Work closely with multiple departments like Tech/Fin/Operation to have full understanding about the business

Requirements
Completed or pursuing completion of a bachelor’s degree or diploma
Able to commit for 6 months
Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint outlook
Business level English language skills (written and verbal)
Willingness to learn and adapt
Good time management skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
