Eurowings launch flights to Salzburg from Heathrow

Eurowings has expanded its network from the UK with a new flight from Heathrow to Salzburg.
The new flights will operate twice weekly on Wednesday and Saturdays, arriving from Salzburg at 1350 and departing London at 1435.
All services are planned with an A319 aircraft configured to 180 seats.
Simon Eastburn, airline business development director at Heathrow said:
“As ski season approaches, we’re delighted to welcome this new flight to Salzburg with Eurowings, an exciting winter destination for passengers looking for a winter holiday.”
Eurowings is headquartered in Cologne and serves a network of domestic and European destinations as well as some long-haul routes. In Europe, it already operates flights to Cologne, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Stuttgart and Berlin from Heathrow.

“We are pleased to announce our new Heathrow service to Salzburg, Austria. The new link to Salzburg will operate twice a week in addition to our 5 routes from Heathrow. We will continue to grow our network and to bring more passengers to Heathrow airport.”
Fares start from £44.99 one-way including taxes and charges.
