European Waterways has released its 2018/19 brochure, featuring European cruises on the 17 luxury hotel barges in the fleet. 
For the first time, it features the new, 12-passenger ‘Spirit of Scotland’ on the Caledonian Canal and Insider Experiences.
Now expanded to 96 pages, the fully-illustrated brochure includes cruises on the canals and waterways of nine European countries – in France, Italy, England, Ireland, Scotland, Germany, Belgium, Holland and Luxembourg – with an online version available to view at: https://www.europeanwaterways.com/view-online-brochure/
Derek Banks, European Waterways’ managing director, said: “Our new brochure is even bigger and better this year. An important new highlight is the Insider Experiences pages detailing the authentic and immersive opportunities our guests can enjoy during their holiday. Each one is unique and personalized, whether the focus is on the local places, or people – from gastronomy and wines, to heritage and music.
“Our existing Scottish itineraries have proved so popular that Spirit of Scotland has joined sister barge Scottish Highlander, so we can now offer the choice of two hotel barges in this region, cruising the stunning scenery on the Caledonian Canal and the lochs of the Great Glen.
“We feel confident that our hotel barge cruise options are of appeal to solo travellers, couples, groups and families alike and of all ages – there’s something for everyone.”
Each 6-night cruise includes all gourmet meals, fine wines, an open bar, daily escorted excursions, local transfers to and from hotel barge and use of all onboard facilities, such as bicycles and spa pools.
2018 prices for a 6-night cruise, based on double occupancy, lead in at £2,590 per person, or at £17,100 or a whole-barge charter.
