In first place, the Qatari city of Doha was revealed as the most popular romantic destination. The luxurious city boasted 7.4 billion views on TikTok with the hashtags #Doha and #DohaLove.
While the city has been in the news a lot surrounding the hosting of the World Cup, Doha offers couples a wealth of shopping options and museums including the Museum of Illusions.

#Perth & #LoveInPerth – 6,800,051,800 combined views
Next, the Australian city of Perth ranked second with a total of 6.8 billion viewers on the hashtags #Perth and #LoveInPerth.
Situated in western Australia, the ‘City of Lights’ is known for its astonishing Swan River which provides couples with picturesque views. The city is isolated from other major cities in the country.

Also known as the ‘City of Luxury’ the impressive city is the fourth largest in the Kingdom of Morocco. Couples can indulge in 5-star hotels and explore the numerous spas dotted around the city.

‘’We found it extremely interesting to see locations such as Queenstown and Svalbard make the top five, which are not particularly the tourist hotspots that come to mind when it comes to planning a romantic break. It highlights just how many options couples have available to them.’’
