From 22 to 24 October 2022, Atlantis, The Palm’s all-day dining restaurant, Kaleidoscope will transform in celebration of Diwali. From 6pm-10pm each day, as well as a feast of Indian favourites, guests can enjoy a variety of entertainment, including live music, dance performances and parades.
For just AED 275 (approx. USD 74.87) per adult and AED 137.50 (approx. USD 37.43) for children including soft beverages, guests can indulge in a huge variety of Indian sweet treats and classic home-style dishes prepared by a collective of Atlantis, The Palm’s leading Indian chefs.
The buffet will feature traditional biriyani with freshly made roti’s and an extensive live chat counter offering the likes of rumali roti with Malabar crab curry, sev puri with signature sweet and spicy chutney and pani puri topped with tangy tamarind sauce and mint chutney. Additional signature stations will include an Indian bread station featuring freshly made parathas, naans and chutney’s, tandoor and handi, Bombay pizza Darbar, a carving station and a fresh seafood bar.
Guests with a sweet tooth can also indulge in an Indian sweet stall and Jalebi Station offering the likes of fresh gulab jamun, ras gulla and, Mysore pak with chai and ice gola also on offer. Diwali celebrations wouldn’t be complete with a host of entertainment to mark India’s most important festival.
Henna artists will be on hand to adorn hands with intricate patterns and live Rangoli art and a photobooth will feature as guests enter the celebrations. The soundtrack to the festivities will be provided by a live band performing well known Bollywood inspired fusion sets, accompanied by energetic dance performances.
