Masson also revealed airlines represented more than half (58%) of total CT Partners member TTV, followed by hotels (18%) and cruise had emerged in third (8%).
A commercial and dealing update followed with a deep dive into all important revenue opportunities through CT Partners 80+ Preferred Supplier arrangements. Total payments to Members will triple in the current financial year and are forecast to grow with strong forward sales in place for FY24.

Masson commented “Our Member meeting provided an opportunity to present and discuss strategies to improve commercial outcomes, enabling members to better understand what the current economic climate means for their businesses, and how to prepare for anticipated changes.”
Members also participated in one of three facilitated break out groups tackling topics identified from the survey: Service Fees facilitated by well-known consultant Jorge Fernandez, Talent Retention and Development, led by Sharon Stanley and an NDC focus session led by Gena Signorini from Grow Up.
“CT Partners proudly champion our members because we understand they are leaders in their respective fields, and our facilitated breakout decisions were a popular way to draw on our network expertise to explore, review and better understand key issues.” Masson said.
