IHG seizes Saudi’s strong tourism sector with Crowne Plaza Riyadh

InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) announced the opening of Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace, its 32nd property in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
As the Kingdom shifted its focus to the tourism sector, IHG seized the opportunity to unveil its latest property in partnership with Dur Hospitality. The Saudi government plans to develop resorts off the kingdom’s Red Sea coast. In addition, it would make more investments and create partnerships with international investors and hoteliers in the coming months.

Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace is a 304-room hotel that is located in the Ministries Quarter, a popular business district. It’s close to the King Fahd Stadium and the King Fahd Cultural Centre; less than 30 minutes from the King Khalid International Airport.
The property is designed to pamper guests with amenities such as an outdoor pool, a club lounge, spa, and fitness centre. And at the end of the day, guests can sleep better with the Crowne Plaza Sleep Advantage System. It includes an aromatherapy kit and an ultra-soft premium bedding.

Crowne Plaza Riyadh Palace promises to ‘redefine the business travel experience’ by offering a comprehensive range of facilities for corporate and MICE travellers. The hotel features five meeting rooms measuring 1,400 sqm and a dedicated team to see the events. Business travellers on different time zones won’t be disappointed as well.
