Coast & Country Hotels, part of the Shearings Leisure Group, has revealed a new look, launched a new website, and announced plans to improve their hotel collection.
The new website will serve as a booking engine and destination guide for the group’s 15 hotels, based across England, Scotland & Wales.
Chris Hannon, managing director, said: “With plans to continually improve our hotels, we felt a new logo and website reflected our promise to our guests – to consistently deliver hotel experiences that exceed expectations.
With more of our guests using tablets and mobile phones every day, we needed a website that would fit their requirements. Our new website offers a seamless experience, however you browse. We have the same welcoming and classic values, the same attention to detail, the same great value – but with a new look.”
Projects planned across the collection include more premier and superior rooms for guests to choose from, refurbished bedrooms, a new destination bar at The Windermere, a new seafood restaurant at The Ship & Castle and a micro-brewery at The Derwentwater.
Other recent updates have included an investment in wifi, so guests can now access it in all bedrooms at the majority of hotels, as well as in the public areas. Dining and drink menus have been revamped, with new inclusions such as afternoon tea and a gin parlour menu.
Responding to demand, Coast & Country Hotels are also now accepting dogs at all hotels, by prior arrangement and for a small fee.
