Central Hotels has announced the launch of its new “extraordinary” loyalty scheme, the ‘VIP Loyalty Programme’, opening a world of privileges for its repeat customers. The participating hotels in the scheme include the Royal Central Hotel The Palm, Canal Central Hotel Business Bay and First Central Hotel Suites.
Abdulla AlAbdulla, chief operating officer of Central Hotels, said: “We are delighted to launch the VIP Loyalty Programme that is designed to elevate the status, comfort and savings of our guests. It is our way to recognise our loyal customers by providing them with exclusive privileges and benefits. The main advantage of this scheme is its simplicity whereby members can earn instant discounts without having to collect points or vouchers.”
Ammar Kanaan, group general manager of Central Hotels, said: “Our VIP card gives members superb perks when they stay or dine at any of our hotels as well as a host of loyalty bonuses for repeat guests. VIP welcome, special honours and instant recognition are all part of the perks. Most loyalty schemes are far too complicated and, therefore, not very popular with guests. With the Central Hotels VIP card, we have made rewards more immediate for our guests and our committed to do everything we can to ensure their stay with us is memorable and relaxing.”
