CaSoBe wins two accolades at TDM Travel Trade Excellence Awards 2024 – Asia

Calatagan South Beach (CaSoBe) in the Philippines recently earned prestigious titles at the TDM Travel Trade Excellence Awards 2024 – Asia, winning both Sustainable Hotel of the Year – Philippines and Beach Resort of the Year – Philippines. These awards celebrate CaSoBe’s innovative approach to sustainable tourism and its dedication to providing an unforgettable beachside experience.

CaSoBe, developed by Landco Pacific Corporation and managed by Millennial Resorts Corp. These cabins reduce energy use by 34%, water consumption by 57%, and embodied energy in materials by 65% — metrics that earned Crusoe Cabins, CaSoBe the prestigious EDGE (Excellence in Design for Greater Efficiencies) Certification from the Philippine Green Building Initiative. This recognition marks Crusoe Cabins, CaSoBe as the first resort hospitality project in the Philippines to achieve this certification, underscoring the resort’s dedication to sustainability.
