Capital Centre Arjaan achieves healthy 2016 performance

Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana has reported a healthy 2016 performance excelling across several key indicators.
Guest and colleague engagement ranked highly, with the Abu Dhabi property scoring 78% in the companywide ‘Engage to life’ colleague engagement survey, 11% more than the 67% target.
The hotel also scored 99% in a mystery audit survey that covered all service-related operations and in terms of guest online surveys, Capital Centre Arjaan by Rotana achieved an overall rating of 4.3 stars out of 5 stars across all online channels such as booking.com and TripAdvisor.
In terms of hotel surveys, which are completed by the guest at the end of their stay, the property achieved a score of 87.1, exceeding its target of 86.4.
In addition, the hotel consistently maintained occupancy levels of 80% during 2016 and simultaneously achieved the highest Average Daily Rate (ADR) in its competitive set.
General manager Enad Tannous said: “I am extremely delighted to see these positive figures, which have set us on this upward trajectory from our launch phase.
“I would like to thank the hotel management for their wholehearted efforts for us to achieve this in a slow-paced year and look forward to the same results for 2017.”
