Bourne Leisure has launched its ‘Agency/Homeworker of the Month’ award. Created to reward agents who are going that extra mile for the Bourne Leisure brands, the award will focus on a range topics each month.
For example, agents can be rewarded for the highest monthly sales, most pro-active social media usage or best window display.
Each month one agency and one homeworker will receive a trophy and Best of British Hamper containing items such as fresh cream fudge, English Afternoon tea bags, Shortbread fingers, Strawberry Jam, British milk chocolate and toffee. Every month the winner will be visited by Louise Tansey, National Sales manager or Gemma Wilks, sales executive.
Tansey commented: “We continually look at the ways in which we recognise the amazing support our travel agent friends provide. This latest incentive has been designed as a fun, interactive way to reward those agents doing excellent work.
We have looked at various areas of the travel agent business as we want to reward as many agencies and homeworkers as possible for the things that they are doing well.”
January’s ‘Agency of the Month’ was Oakhurst Travel.
