Best Western has opened an upscale resort in Ubud, the cultural centre of Bali.
Then new Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud is a low-rise property featuring 75 rooms with private balconies or terraces overlooking the forest.
Facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre, spa, a semi-outdoor restaurant and coffee shop. The resort features an open-plan design with wooden Balinese furnishings, and Wi-Fi is offered free-of-charge.
“Ubud is a truly breath-taking destination, packed with culture, natural beauty and traditional Balinese charm,” said Olivier Berrivin, Best Western’s managing director of international operations for Asia. “We are delighted to enter this highly sought-after market with a resort that reflects the charm and ambience of Ubud.
“This excellent new resort will also complement our three popular hotels in the Kuta area of Bali, giving guests the opportunity to experience the island’s beaches and culture in the same trip. I am confident that this outstanding new property will become extremely popular with our guests, and will be an excellent new addition to Best Western’s fast-expanding Indonesian portfolio,” he added.
The new resort is situated approximately one hour and 15 minutes’ drive from Bali’s Ngurah Rai International Airport and a similar distance from Kuta.
Best Western Premier Agung Resort Ubud becomes the company’s fourth hotel in Bali and joins a growing collection of 15 Best Western hotels and resorts across Indonesia.
