Avani’s latest tropical location is aimed squarely at families

Koh Samui, Thailand’s second biggest island and holiday hot spot, famous for its untouched beaches, coconut groves and dense rainforests, has just received a boost to its glamour levels with the launch of Avani+ Samui.
Located on Phang Ka Bay near Taling Ngam, in the southwest of the island, the upscale property was conceived as a secluded “seaside hideaway” aimed squarely at the young couples and family market looking for a base to relax in a peaceful environment with easy access to the region’s other islands.
Stay
Steps away from an untouched and secluded bay, guests can choose from 25 guest rooms, 27 private pool villas, or six beachfront pool villas. Each of which, is spacious and feature nature-inspired interiors and ample natural lighting.
Even more privacy can be found within the villas, where modern amenities are surrounded by tranquil gardens and private pools.
Food
Kombi Van bar has menu of refreshing cocktails and beverages, while PANTRY at Avani will feature snacks and light meals inspired by local island ingredients.
Essence – the beachfront restaurant will serve local Thai and international specialities.
Activities
The resort has a wide range of stimulating, challenging and fun activities, appealing to all personalities, including the activities and amenities offered by the resort. The choices are many, including beach yoga, stand-up paddle-boarding and mountain biking.
For more indulgent pass times the AvaniSPA will provide guests with exclusive treatments to restore and revitalise tired limbs after a day island hopping – guests can also opt to be pampered in the privacy of their room or villa.
