Amadeus offers tracking tool to help agents

Amadeus has launched a new solution that enables travel agents to harness data to improve their businesses.
The new ‘Productivity Tracker’ tool, which forms part of the Amadeus Agency Insight Suite, uses data analytics to identify areas in need of operational improvement, allowing agencies to make more effective decisions. Agencies can, for example, detect problems with their business and take corrective action.
They can also run reports to show what contributes most to overall booking and revenue, allowing them to better determine where to allocate resources.

Productivity Tracker enables agencies of all sizes to do this by providing them with actionable insights on their performance, which they can then use to sharpen their business processes and strengthen their position in a competitive market,” said Pascal Clement, Amadeus’ head of travel intelligence.
Amadeus states that Productivity Tracker is suitable for agencies of all size and complexity, with an interface that allows “at-a-glance” views of the business and deeper reporting. As a web-based reporting tool, it is also accessible remotely.
