Aloft Singapore Novena celebrates its first anniversary with Live @ Aloft
The 12-hour music marathon is a collaboration with the National Arts Council’s Hear65 programme
For its first anniversary. Aloft Singapore Novena teams up with the Singapore National Arts Council (NAC) initiative Hear65 to cast the spotlight on the country’s exciting local music scene.
This collaboration highlights Aloft’s commitment to integrating hospitality with cultural initiatives, as it aims to offer Live @ Aloft, a unique platform for over 50 homegrown musicians, by the end of 2024.
The cumulative 12-hour cumulative music marathon features numerous up-and-coming musicians, including the likes of Elaine Nathania, Raine Hahn Yu , and Shelby Wang.
The initial run was staged from 27 to 28 September, and will be back on 4 and 5 October. The event welcomes both locals and to bask in Aloft Singapore Novena’s vibrant ambience, which embodies a “different by design” philosophy that champions personality and a passion for music.
A venue for voices
Since its launch, Live @ Aloft has given more than 30 local musicians and singers a platform to show their talents off. Today, Aloft continues to boost local talents in order to enrich the local and regional music industries.
Live @ Aloft has already brought over 30 local musicians to perform, and Aloft will continue its efforts to amplify local talent and enrich Singapore’s music landscape, in line with NAC’s Our SG Arts Plan 2023-2027.
