Airport Parking & Hotels offers free cancellation at Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham

With air travel uncertainty at a peak for UK travellers, the airport parking operator Airport Parking and Hotels (APH) has announced there will be no cancellation or amendment fees for bookings made on its website from 6 March 2020 on APH-operated products at Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham airports.

APH has advised any customers who book airport parking at its APH-operated sites at these airports will be automatically allocated a flexible product choice, allowing them to change or cancel their booking free-of-charge up to 24 hours before their time of arrival, with no hidden fees.

Nick Caunter, managing director of APH said: “With FCO travel advice remaining under constant review, APH understands that travellers may feel anxious about their upcoming travel plans, especially with the Easter holidays approaching. We therefore hope this offer will reassure customers that if their travel plans change, they will receive a full refund for their park and ride booking made on our portal up to 24 hours in advance, with no hidden cancellation fees involved.”
