Absolute Hotel announces ‘We Care’ to ensure guests and employees’ health and safety
Jonathan Wigley, CEO of the Absolute Hotel Services group, has announced the implementation of new We Care Programme across all properties managed by the group including U Hotels & Resorts, Eastin Grand Hotels & Resorts, Eastin Hotels & Residences, Eastin Easy and Travelodge hotels.
The programme was created in partnership with Diversey to redefine the group’s hygiene and sanitisation standards and guidelines in order to minimise any risks to guest and employees’ health given the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Absolute Hotel Services’ quality assurance team, a team to ensure operational performance in alignment with company standards, will oversee the rollout and further development of the new programme, which builds on existing health and safety standards to provide guests and employees with clean and safe environments.
Additional precautionary measures will also be implemented as part of the programme which includes the availability of hand sanitisers throughout all properties and the disinfecting of all hotel key cards. The new guidelines and standards with extend beyond guest areas into all back of house operations from supply chain deliveries to culinary preparation areas and housekeeping procedures.
