Job Description

Sales and Account Manager, Airline, London / Hybrid, £40-55k + bonus / benefits. A fantastic opportunity to work for an award winning, international airline, promoting their product to the UK outbound travel trade.

Sales and Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Account managing all existing partners including tour operators, OTA’s, travel agencies, consortia, TMC’s and direct corporates.
  • Identifying new potential business partners and seeking to create new commercial agreements to drive distribution of their product.
  • Negotiate and manage commercial agreements to ensure sales and margin targets are achieved.
  • Work cross functionally to review pricing and commercial opportunities.
  • Host trade training events and FAM trips.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to meet new and existing partners.
  • Manage budgets for trade activity.

Sales and Account Manager Skills Required

  • Must have B2B sales experience gained in the UK working for an airline.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
  • A self-starter with drive and positivity towards achieving targets.
  • Confident in networking and presenting to groups of people.
  • Flexible to travel and meet trade partners.

Sales and Account Manager Additional Details.

  • A basic salary in the region of £40,000 – £55,000 per annum depending on experience.
  • Bonus up to 10%
  • Flight concessions
  • Enhanced pension scheme up to 8% employer contributions
  • It is expected you will visit the Central London office 1-2 times a week and there will also be additional travel to visit clients or attend events.
