Qatar Airways Relaunches Daily Nonstop Service to Venice

This addition enriches the airline’s Italian portfolio, which already includes Milan and Rome, and marks a significant milestone in its 2024 network expansion.
Today, from the heart of Doha, Qatar Airways proudly resumes its non-stop daily flights to the enchanting city of Venice. The service takes off from the acclaimed Hamad International Airport (DOH)—voted the ‘World’s Best Airport’ by Skytrax—and gracefully touches down at Venice Marco Polo (VCE) Airport.
In a grand gesture to commemorate this network expansion, a ceremonial event unfolded at the departure gate of Hamad International Airport, where passengers witnessed the fusion of Qatari hospitality with Italian charm.
Mr Thierry Antinori, Qatar Airways Chief Commercial Officer, expressed his excitement for the summer season, “We are thrilled to reconnect daily with Venice, a city that holds a special place in the hearts of our passengers. Italy remains a key market for us, and we remain dedicated to offering more travel opportunities and seamless connections to this magnificent country.”
He further emphasized the airline’s commitment to Italy, “Our flights to Rome and Milan have been met with incredible enthusiasm, and we anticipate the same warm reception for Venice. Through our award-winning hub in Doha, we aim to provide an unparalleled travel experience to all three cities.”
