Job Description

Operations and Customer Services Executive – Required this this upmarket, luxury tour operator based in South West London. They are looking for an experienced operations person from the travel industry. They will pay up to £27,000 + bonus and benefits. This is a hybrid position with 2 days in the office and 3 working from home.

Operations and Customer Services Executive Duties

  • Action all booking confirmations and amendments including hotel, transfer and flight requests
  • Check and send booking invoices to agents and direct clients
  • Liaison with overseas Ground Handlers regarding any pre and post queries
  • Pre and Post booking support to Travel Agents & direct clients via phone and email
  • Collate and check all final travel documentation and itineraries for dispatch
  • Process incoming payments via credit/debit cards

Operations and Customer Services Executive Skills Required

  • Travel industry experience is a must in operations or customer services
  • Amadeus knowledge will be preferable
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Must work well under pressure and adhere to deadlines

Operations and Customer Services Executive Additional Information:

  • Paying up to £27,000 plus bonus and other amazing benefits
  • Working Mon – Fri 09.00 – 17.30 / 09.30 – 18.00 and one Sat a month 09.30 – 16.30
  • 20 days holiday plus Birthdays
  • Hybrid working, 3 days from home and 2 in their SW London Office
