Ferrari Trento and the St. Regis Venice celebrate the art of Italian living with a Four-Hand Dinner
Gio’s Restaurant and Terrace to host an exclusive event with Edoardo Fumagalli of Ferrari Trento’s Locanda Margon and Giuseppe Ricci of The St. Regis Venice. Continuing its popular summer programme of exclusive guest chef and bartender collaborations, The St. Regis Venice has partnered with Ferrari Trento, the renowned winery behind the official sparkling wine of F1, to host a four-hand dinner at the hotel’s Gio’s Restaurant and Terrace.
Taking place on Sunday, July 30th 2023, the event will be hosted by Edoardo Fumagalli, Executive Chef at the winery’s Michelin-starred Locanda Margon restaurant in Trento, and Giuseppe Ricci, Executive Chef of The St. Regis Venice.
Throughout the course of the night, the contrasting styles of the two chefs will be skillfully played off against each other, with Fumagalli drawing on his characteristically monochromatic style and Ricci delighting the eye with colourful dishes inspired by the sunset hues of Venice’s lagoon. In addition to showcasing the technical and artistic skills of the two masters, the nine-course menu will also feature a number of interactive dishes finished by the St. Regis culinary team right at the table to provide an added element of surprise.
Guests can expect Italian classics made with impeccable produce from the mountains of the Trentino region, as well as dishes celebrating the bounty of the Adriatic Sea. The four-hand dinner will be complemented by Ferrari wines, specifically a limited-edition Missoni and a Tenute Lunelli, all served alongside breathtaking lagoon views.
