Travel Sales Support Consultant required for an established and growing travel company based in the Altrincham area. This role will be supporting the travel team and following up on any website enquiries and offering advice and guidance on the products available . This role will be varied and although is a supporting position, will require flexibility as this will cover support, sales, and administration both with the clients and trade suppliers . This role will be working Monday- Friday 9am-5.30pm and will be hybrid 3 days in the office and 2 days at home but this can be flexible and offers a salary up to £27,000 dependent on experience

Travel Sales Support Consultant – Responsibilities:

• Supporting the sales team with any administration or follow up calls
• Replying to any clients who have made enquiries and taking initial enquiry details and then passing this to the sales team
• Completing any administration, which may include speaking to suppliers
• Working closely with the larger team and offering support when required

Travel Sales Support Consultant Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience working in travel, either a retail travel agency or online travel agency experience
• Confident working within a varied role, with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
• Excellent customer service skills with good attention to detail

Travel Sales Support Consultant Additional Information:

• Basic salary up to £27,000
• Hybrid working 3 days office and 2 days at home with flexibility when required
