Airline Reservations Agent, Hindi speaker – Required for this expanding airline based in West London. They are looking for an experience airline reservations agent with Amadeus knowledge to work in the office 4 days a week and 1 day from home. Salary around £26,000/£27,000 plus benefits
Airline Reservations Agents Duties
- Taking reservations calls from both direct passengers and trade partners
- Generating airline bookings, changes, ancillaries, etc. and issuing/reissuing tickets/EMD’s (auto & manual fare-build)
- Processing invoices and payments of airline tickets, whilst adhering to strict airline and company reporting guidelines
- Daily & monthly airline sales reports and reconciliation
- Providing excellent customer service both on the telephone and face-to-face
- Dealing with ticket reissues, upgrades, reroutes, lost tickets etc. both over the phone and face-to-face
- Group bookings and tour operator allocations, including issuing of contractual terms & conditions in conformance to individual airline protocols
- Liaising with Airlines local management and head office
Airline Reservations Agents Skills Required
- Minimum two years experience in an airline reservations and ticketing role
- Fluent Hindi and English speaker
- Strong Reservations, Fares & E-Ticketing experience in Amadeus
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
