European Product Manager, Up to £40,000 – This well established family owned Tour Operator are looking for an experienced Product Manager focusing on the Channel Islands. They are really flexible on location, you could be based in Jersey OR Cambridge and have a hybrid week, with 2 or 3 days in the office and the rest working from home.

Paying up to £40,000 depending on experience.

European Product Manager, Up to £40,000 Responsibilities:

• Negotiating leading rates with existing and new accommodation partners
• Monitoring competitor activity
• Develop and implementing product strategy
• Responsible for which products will be featured in the brochure, working closely with the Commercial and Marketing teams
• Report on product and sales data to identify key trends and opportunities

European Product Manager, Skills Required:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product OR Contracts manager within a travel business is essential
• Product knowledge on Jersey and the Channel Islands preferential
• Excellent eye for detail and proven record of strong negotiation skills
• Needs to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
• The ability to build relationships with hotels, from small family owned B&Bs to 5* hotels
• Travel will be required
